QT BARRE
This 60 minute ballet inspired, core-centric, pilates class focuses on isolated exercises, alignment, flexibility and posture as you work through targeted mindful muscle movements. Push yourself to the limit — and then find balance — as every hard worked muscled is followed by a deep, relaxing stretch. Suitable for all fitness levels.
QT BARRE BOOT CAMP
This 60 minute class combines the cardio benefits of interval training with the toning benefits of the barre technique. This fast paced class consists of high intensity movements with short recovery periods followed by muscle-defining barre-based sequences of movements that target your thighs, butt and abs.  Bring a towel, you WILL SWEAT!
QT STRETCH & LENGTHEN
This 60 minute class combines the perfect balance to help you lengthen and stretch out your tired, stressed muscles!  We incorporate slow moving core, glute, and hip exercises to strengthen and lengthen our muscles with restorative and yin yoga postures designed to balance, calm and repair. Supported by props including blocks and blankets, these long-hold poses allow your entire body to stretch gently, enhanced by meditation and deep breathing. This class is the perfect complement to your more vigorous classes. This class is set at a slower pace so we can focus on the breath throughout the entire class.  Suitable for all ages and fitness levels.
QT OUTDOOR BOOT CAMP
This is a great way to break away from your current fitness routine.  We take this class outside and enjoy the beautiful CA weather while building strength and endurance.  This class combines intervals of cardio drills and muscle conditioning exercises to provide you with the ultimate circuit workout.  Expect the unexpected in these full-body Boot Camp classes, which are packed with lots of variety and tons of fun.  And unlike other boot camps, there is no yelling or screaming.  Our environment is very friendly, fun, and supportive.  Bring a mat and towel.
